The written service order must show the agreed scope, payment timing and cancellation terms before payment.
Work already performed
Where cancellation is requested after work has started, the review considers the agreed scope, work completed, time committed and any non-recoverable costs. The written service order controls the calculation, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Third-party charges
Government, embassy, visa-centre, appointment, insurance, translation, courier, booking and payment-provider charges are controlled by third parties. Their own cancellation and refund rules may apply and must not be represented as visazxpert professional fees.
Visa or appointment outcome
A refusal, delay, changed requirement or unavailable appointment does not by itself establish that an agreed professional service was not performed. No payment can purchase or guarantee an authority decision.

- Provide the written service order or quotation
- Provide the payment reference and reason for the request
- Do not send passport or banking credentials through the public website
Mandatory rights
Nothing on this page removes a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
